Pepper Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked rice
    1 small carton sour cream
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 jalapeno pepper, diced
    1/2 c. or more grated Monterey Jack cheese
    chicken broth
    2/3 c. creamy Italian dressing
    1 Tbsp. jalapeno pepper juice
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package instructions, however, substitute chicken broth for the water.
    Stir in sour cream, creamy Italian dressing, water chestnuts, jalapeno pepper and pepper juice.
    Place in a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Cover with Monterey Jack cheese.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
