Grits Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 c. quick grits
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    dash of Tabasco
    2 c. grated cheese
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Boil water and add salt, sugar and grits.
    Cook 3 to 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add butter, eggs, garlic, cheese and Tabasco and stir.
    Pour in 2 1/2-quart casserole; sprinkle with bread crumbs and paprika.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
