Potato Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
    3/4 c. soup cream
    3 green onions, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skins.
    Peel and dice up.
    Melt 4 Tbsp. butter and add cheese until softened.
    Blend in sour cream.
    Fold in potatoes and spoon into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Dot with 2 Tbsp. butter.
    Cover.
