Salmon Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon, drained and bones removed
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nutmeats
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
Preparation
    Blend salmon and cream cheese with lemon juice, onion, salt and horseradish until smooth.
    Mix in nutmeats.
    Mold in a small bowl lined with plastic wrap.
    Chill for several hours or overnight.
    Remove from bowl; carefully remove plastic wrap and roll in parsley.
    Serve with thinly sliced rye bread or crisp crackers.
