Becky'S Best Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1/2 stick butter or oleo
jalapeno peppers to taste, chopped
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream-style corn
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Mix all of the above together; stir well.
Pour into a lightly greased 2 1/2-quart casserole or a 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Top with more grated Cheddar cheese and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 50 minutes. This freezes well.
