Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 frying chickens, cut up
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. onion
    1 c. butter
Preparation
    Rinse chicken.
    Dip in egg.
    Coat with corn flakes.
    Place in foil-lined 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Dot with butter.
    Sprinkle cheese. Cover with foil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
