Almond And Hazelnut Chocolate Crescents - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. ground almonds
    1/2 c. toasted skinned ground hazelnuts
    1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1 1/4 c. butter, softened
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted and slightly cool
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine flour, nuts and cocoa.
    In mixer bowl, cream butter.
    Gradually add sugar; beat until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in the dry ingredients until well combined.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Pinch off walnut-sized pieces of dough and shape into crescents.
    Place on 2 ungreased cookie sheets.
    Bake 15 to 17 minutes.
    Cool on wire racks.
    Dip half of each cookie into melted chocolate.
    Let chocolate set at least 1 hour.
    Sprinkle remaining half with confectioners sugar.
    Makes 4 1/2 dozen.
