Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    4 medium potatoes
    2 cans minced clams
    1 c. half and half
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. bottled clam juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Saute bacon until brown and crisp.
    Add onions and potatoes and saute for few minutes.
    Sprinkle with flour.
    Add clam juice. Bring to boil about 15 minutes.
    Add half and half with salt and pepper.
    Add minced clams.
    Do not boil.
    Sprinkle with bacon. Serve immediately.
