Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks oleo, melted
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 small carton cottage cheese
4 eggs

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Bake in a 13 x 9 x 2 5/8-inch pan at 400\u00b0 until light brown on top.
