Lemon Luscious Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. finely grated lemon peel
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 c. milk
    3 egg yolks, beaten
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except the sour cream, and cook until thick.
    Cover and cool.
    Fold in sour cream; pour into prepared pie shell (9-inch) of your choice and chill for at least 2 hours.
    Top with whipped cream, if desired, or meringue.
