Chocolate Strudel Bar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1 c. cold butter or margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    1 egg
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar and cocoa.
    Cut in margarine until crumbly.
    Reserve 2 cups.
    Press rest on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 minutes.
