Fantastic Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. poultry stuffing mix
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 stick butter
1 to 2 1/2 lb. boneless chicken, cut up

Preparation

Whirl stuffing mix in electric blender, turn onto wax paper and mix with cheese.
Add garlic to butter in small saucepan and melt. Dip chicken pieces in batter then in crumbs.
Place 1/2-inch apart in baking dish.
Add any excess butter over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until browned and done.
