Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. peeled and chopped apples

Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients.
Add flour, soda and salt.
Fold in pecans and apples.
Pour in greased tube pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
