Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 qt. popped corn
    2 c. brown sugar (1 box)
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 c. white syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. water
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1 2/3 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cook sugar, water, butter and vinegar in large pot until amber in center.
    Do not stir!
    When sugar mixture is amber, stir in corn and spread on flat pans to cool.
    Break in pieces.
