Tater Chips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (about 8 oz. each) potatoes
salt to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Scrub potatoes with a vegetable brush under cool running water.
Pat dry with paper towel.
Place the potatoes on a cutting board.
Carefully slice each one very thin. Place the potato slices in a single layer on a large nonstick baking pan.
Sprinkle lightly with salt.
Add the topping of your choice for Sesame Chips or Italian-style Chips.
When chips have cooled slightly, carefully remove them from the pan with a spatula. Makes 2 servings.
