Kraut Salad #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can shredded kraut, drained
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. green peppers
    1/2 c. carrots
    1/4 c. onions
Preparation
    Cut kraut with scissors.
    Stir in sugar and let stand 30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover bowl tightly and chill at least 12 hours before serving.
    Makes about 8 servings.
