Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. large mushrooms
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. onions, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. parsley, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper, freshly ground
1/2 tsp. oregano
3/4 c. olive oil
Preparation

Wash mushrooms.
Remove stems, chop.
Mix chopped stems with cheese, bread crumbs, onions, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and oregano.
Stuff mixture in mushroom caps.
Pour a little olive oil onto a baking pan.
Arrange the mushrooms in oil.
Pour the remaining oil over mushrooms.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes. Serves 6 to 8 people.
Prep time:
10 to 15 minutes.
Baking time: 25 minutes.
