Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. cocoa
2 c. cold water
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. distilled vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Sift all dry ingredients in large bowl.
Add liquids to flour mixture and mix well.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
