Wilted Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage
1 onion (in rings)
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
-
Boil together oil, sugar, vinegar, salt, celery seed and dry mustard.
Layer shredded cabbage and onion rings in bowl.
Pour sugar over top.
Combine other ingredients, bring to a boil and pour over cabbage.
Refrigerate overnight.
Keeps well.
