Philadelphia Cream Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. cream cheese
2 lemons
1 medium size crushed pineapple
3 egg yolks
1 can Eagle Brand milk
Preparation

Let all items set at room temperature.
In bowl, mix cheese and eggs; in different bowl, mix milk and fruit (drain fruit).
Combine mixtures, then put the juice from the two lemons.
Brown pie crust to your liking; let cool and pour filling in.
Let set in icebox 6 to 7 hours, then serve.
