Chicago Deep Dish Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    frozen bread dough
    15 1/2 oz. jar pizza sauce
    toppings (meat, green pepper, olives, mushrooms, onions)
    1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Using frozen bread dough, let dough thaw and rise until almost double in size.
    Punch down and shape into a ball.
    Place in a well-greased 12-inch cast-iron skillet.
    Do not grease the top half of pan.
    With greased fingertips, smooth the dough around the bottom and up the sides of the pan.
    Spoon pizza sauce on the dough. Layer toppings.
    Cover with cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Cut and serve.
