Potato Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook unpeeled potatoes in boiling, salted water until tender (do not overcook).
    Drain and refrigerate, covered, overnight.
