Cabbage And Bacon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 slices bacon
4 c. chopped cabbage
juice of 1 lemon
salt and pepper
Preparation

Dice the bacon; cook in a skillet until golden brown and crisp.
Spoon the bacon from the fat.
Add the chopped cabbage to the bacon fat; reduce the heat and toss the cabbage until just tender, about 10 minutes.
Add lemon juice and seasonings to taste.
Turn into a warm serving dish.
Garnish with bacon.
