*Fresh Cranberry Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello
    2 c. hot water
    1 c. cold water
    2 c. fresh cranberries
    1 whole orange
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot water; stir to dissolve.
    Add the cold water and allow to jell partially.
    Put cranberries and orange through a food chopper.
    Add sugar and mix well.
    When jello is partially set, fold in the cranberry and orange mixture, pineapple and pecans.
    Pour into a large mold and refrigerate.
    Serves 20.
