Raspberry Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter, softened
1/3 c. fresh or frozen unsweetened raspberries
2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
dash of lemon juice
Preparation

In a small mixing bowl, beat all ingredients until well blended and smooth. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator. Bring to room temperature before serving. Yield: about 1/2 cup.
