Upside-Down Ham Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Crisco
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
4 slices canned pineapple
2 c. cooked, ground ham
1/2 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. minced onion
Preparation

Blend Crisco and sugar; spread over bottom of 8-inch skillet. Place pineapple on sugar.
Combine ham, eggs, bread crumbs, mustard, onion and salt.
Pack in skillet over sugar and pineapple.
Cover and cook over very low heat for 25 to 30 minutes.
Turn out on a large plate.
