Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks
    2 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick whipped butter
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. raisins (white)
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks and sugar. Add remaining ingredients, except egg whites and mix well. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter. Pour into 2 pie shells and bake at 300\u00b0 for 3/4 to 1 hour.
