Ingredients

1 c. crushed berries
1/2 c. sugar
1 unbeaten egg white
2 tsp. lemon juice (if desired)
Preparation

Combine in large bowl.
Beat at high speed until thick and light colored, 6 to 8 minutes.
Whip
1/2 cup cream until thick. Fold gently into berry mixture.
Put in graham cracker crust. Freeze.
