Ingredients

1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni, uncooked
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. prepared spaghetti sauce
1 (3 oz.) pkg. pepperoni, sliced
1 small green pepper, finely chopped
1 small tomato, chopped and seeded
1 small onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation

Prepare macaroni according to package directions.
Drain.
In medium bowl, blend milk and egg.
Add macaroni and mix well. Spread evenly into greased 10 x 15-inch baking dish.
Spoon spaghetti sauce over macaroni mixture.
Top with remaining ingredients.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and macaroni is set, about 30 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Serves 8 to 10.
