Sour Cream Spice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    5 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 c. warmed sour cream
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Sift 1 cup sugar, flour, salt, soda and spices together into ungreased 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Level mixture off, make three holes in it with a spoon.
    Put vanilla in one, oil in second and vinegar in third hole.
    Pour sour cream over; mix well until flour disappears. Mix last 3 ingredients; sprinkle over batter in pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until cake springs back when touched.
