Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. corn oil margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. (2 medium-sized) mashed bananas
    1/3 c. milk with 1 tsp. lemon juice or vinegar
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream
    sugar
    and
    shortening.
    Add
    eggs
    and
    mashed bananas, then add mixed dry ingredients, alternating with sour milk, ending with dry
    ingredients.
    Then
    add nuts.
    Place in one large or two smaller bread pans, greased.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
