Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. chopped apples
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans

Preparation

Chop apples. Add to sugar and let stand. Mix oil and eggs. Add flour, soda, cinnamon and salt alternately with apples and sugar. Add vanilla and nuts. Bake in a tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
