Beef Vinaigrette Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. beef steak
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 small zucchini, sliced
8 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
lettuce leaves
Preparation

Cut steak into thin bite size strips.
For dressing; in a jar, combine 1 tablespoon oil, lemon juice, salt, Italian seasonings and pepper.
Cover and shake well.
