Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chuck roast or English cut
    2 large onions, chopped
    1 (26 oz.) catsup (catsup lovers' size)
    1/2 catsup bottle water
    1/2 catsup bottle apple cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Put raw meat in large roasting pan.
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Pour over meat.
    Cover.
    Cook for 4 hours at 325\u00b0.
