Bean Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

leftover pinto or Northern beans
2 eggs
1 large onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Mix well using a
spoon.
In large skillet, add oil.
When hot, reduce heat
to medium-low.
Drop
cakes
into hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
