Turtle Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1/2 stick margarine, softened
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 pkg. caramels (14 or 16 oz.)
1 can pecans
Preparation

Combine chocolate cake, butter, water, oil and 1/2 of condensed milk in mixing bowl.
Mix well.
Pour 1/2 of batter into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
