Sour Cream Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. lite sour cream
2 eggs
1 c. raisins
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cook raisins until tender.
Drain.
Mix sugar, flour and sour cream.
Add slightly beaten eggs and raisins; cook until thick. Pour into baked pie shell and top with meringue or marshmallow cream.
