Cheese Soup #1 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. finely chopped carrots
1/3 c. finely chopped celery
1/3 c. finely chopped green onions
1 medium chopped white onion
1/2 c. butter or oleo
1 c. flour
4 c. milk
4 c. chicken broth (2 cans)
1 (15 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 tsp. prepared mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Beat the first 3 ingredients for 5 minutes.
Boil the milk and broth. Stir in flour and onion mixture using wire whip.
Add the Cheez Whiz with the mustard and salt and pepper to taste.
