Confetti Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage, shredded (12 c.)
1 c. chopped tomato
2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped cucumber
1/2 c. sliced green onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
-
In large bowl combine cabbage, tomato, green pepper, cucumber and onion.
In small bowl mix remaining ingredients.
Pour dressing over vegetables.
Toss to coat.
