Tenderloin And Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pieces pork or beef tenderloin
    salt and pepper to taste
    flour
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 qt. bread cubes
    1 to 2 tsp. sage
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 c. milk
    4 eggs
    2 c. hot water
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Pound meat until flat and thin; season to taste.
    Dredge in flour and brown in hot oil.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Combine bread cubes, sage, onions, milk, eggs, salt and pepper.
    Add hot water to skillet used to brown meat, scraping bottom of pan.
    Add to dressing.
    Spread dressing over meat.
    Cover with mushroom soup.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yield: 8 servings.
