Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    3 slices white bread, cubed (or enough to cover bottom of dish)
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    5 to 6 slices bacon, cooked
Preparation
    Saute sausage.
    Drain.
    Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard. Layer the bread cubes, sausage and cheese in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Pour egg mixture on top.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Place bacon across top during the last 5 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
