2 Crust Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    crust for 10-inch pie
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. melted butter
    grated rind of 3 lemons
    juice of 3 lemons (1/2 c.)
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix together. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes; reduce to 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes.
