Mexican Willies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 green onions, finely chopped
    1 can chopped green chilies
    7 to 8 oz. green or red salsa
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 to 8 large tortilla shells
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients together.
    Spread on large tortilla shell.
    Roll.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Slice and serve.
