Fried Catfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. corn meal
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. black pepper
3 tsp. chopped parsley
catfish fillets

Preparation

Put ingredients in a bag and shake to mix (except fish).
Drop fish fillets in bag and shake.
Fry in hot oil.
