Taco Submarines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. French-style rolls (6 inches long)
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1/4 c. water
    1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
    shredded lettuce
    6 slices Swiss cheese
    mayonnaise or salad dressing
    3 medium tomatoes
Preparation
    Cook and stir ground beef in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until light brown; drain.
    Stir in sour cream, water and taco seasoning mix.
    Reduce heat.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Cut rolls in half.
    Spread with mayonnaise.
    Place lettuce on bottoms.
    Layer about 1/3 cup beef mixture, 2 cheese slices and tomato slices on each sandwich.
    Cover top of roll.
    Secure with wooden pick.
    Makes 6 submarines.
