Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 pinches salt
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cream together the first 4 ingredients; pat in pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
    Beat the eggs until light in color.
    Add the sugar; whip.
    Add the flour and lemon juice.
    Pour over crust; bake another 20 to 25 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Cut into squares and serve.
