Sausage Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Italian sausage (bulk)
5 Tbsp. flour
6 medium zucchini, sliced
1/2 c. chipped onions
2 Tbsp. butter
1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage, breaking into small pieces.
Drain.
Toss with 1 tablespoon of flour.
Spread on the bottom of a baking dish.
