Amish Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 slices toasted bread, cubed
    2 c. diced, cooked potatoes
    6 eggs
    1 qt. liquid
    1 pt. cooked chicken
    1 c. chopped carrots
    3 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    In a large bowl, put bread cubes, potatoes, celery, parsley and carrots.
    Add eggs, well beaten.
    Then add 1 quart liquid which may be meat stock, milk, cream or condensed milk.
    Finally, add 1 pint or more cooked, diced chicken and toss lightly.
