Sweet Potato Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    dash of salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 mashed baked sweet potato (leftover is fine)
    1/4 c. toasted broken pecans
    1/4 c. raisins
    2 eggs, beaten
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Mix together wet ingredients.
    Barely mix the 2 together.
    Pour into greased muffin tins and bake 20 to 25 minutes.
    Yield: 2 dozen.
