Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. White Lily self-rising cornbread mix
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 c. canola oil
    1 1/2 c. sweet milk
Preparation
    Sift together cornbread mix, baking powder and salt.
    Add cheese, onion, peppers, corn oil and sweet milk.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 until nice and brown.
